Every thought, feeling, and action begins in the brain

Aging Brain Health Evaluations

We are fortunate to live in a time when we have a true understanding of the best ways in which to maintain brain health as we age. Brain aging during 40 to 60 years of age is more consequential; and changes in the brain during middle age can predict overall future health. As we would check the health of any vital organ and diligently pursue yearly physicals, it becomes just as important to monitor our brain health and progression. This is also the time to detect the presence of early risk factors that can lead to cognitive decline, as well as a time to establish an individualized and tailored brain health plan.

A Brain Health assessment identifies how your brain is functioning NOW, in order to establish YOUR baseline; if we know our own cognitive baseline, then we can have a functional comparison that has personal meaning for us.  This individual baseline also allows for an expected understanding of what normal age-related decline might look like versus a true neurocognitive condition.

Accordingly, we have developed a targeted assessment that will provide recommendations for optimal brain integrity. This type of assessment allows you to take charge of your brain health earlier rather than later, and helps you to establish a brain health action plan that will enable you to take proactive measures towards improving your brain’s longevity and your overall quality of life.
